I'll just add that about 9 years ago I had severe carpal tunnel, was not a candidate for surgery, and was advised to go out on permanent disability. A chiropractor came to our library and did a free program. Up until that point I thought chiropractors were all quacks, but I decided to give it a chance as a last resort. After a month of adjustments I had 100% relief. A combination of chiropractic care and yoga and I have been symptom free for nearly 10-years. Occasionally the symptoms come back but a visit or two to the chiropractor and it is gone. I would highly recommend giving this a try before resorting to surgery or medication! Good luck to you!
