The Competency Index on WebJunction is growing. We just added two new sets for technology applicable to libraries:

• Core Technology competencies address skills that all staff need in order to work in today’s “wired” library.
• System & IT competencies address the various complex technology systems that drive library operations.

New competencies warrant a new opportunity to assess your level of skill in key library technology areas.
