Hi-
I just wanted to make an observation. I am the director of a rural library, and the only IT staff we have. I actually took both surveys as my responsibilities cover both areas. However, I am not an IT specialist, so it is hard for me to make a judgment about how competent I might be relative to a peer group (not one made up of IT staff). I'm sure I am not alone, so something that addresses this issue would be welcome.
